Goals:

Benefits:
Mindfulness improves well-being – less likely to get caught up in worries about the future or regrets over the past, are less preoccupied with concerns about success and self-esteem, and are better able to form deep connections with others.
Mindfulness improves physical health – help relieve stress, decrease heart disease, lower blood pressure, reduce chronic pain, improve sleep, and alleviate gastrointestinal difficulties.
Mindfulness improves mental health – including: depression, eating disorders, couples’ conflicts, anxiety disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder
Healing touch assist to restore balance and harmonies in the energy system -the gift of touch influences the human energy system, specifically the energy field that surrounds the body, and the energy centers that control the flow from the energy field to the physical body.
