To offer individualized, compassionate care that helps people move from overwhelm into steadiness through therapy, mindfulness practices, groups, and clinician training. We prioritize safety, dignity, and practical tools that support daily life and long-term growth.
Centering Elements
Our Mission
Our Approach
We practice with a person-centered, strengths-based ethic — meeting people where they are and co-creating a path forward. Mindfulness, breathwork, and movement are woven into clinical work when helpful, and treatment is adapted to each person’s culture, history, and needs.
Learning Facilities
What we provide.
Clinical Supervisor
Clinical supervision is a professional relationship between individuals after completing their education. It ensures that they care for clients properly and follow all ethical guidelines. Clinical supervision allows for a collaborative relationship in which the client's care is jointly monitored.
Residence in Counseling
The Board of Counseling depends on the expertise of the licensed supervisors to provide the necessary training and experience to the residents in order to prepare them to be licensed. Graduates are given a temporary license to train.

Meet our crew
A collaborative team of licensed counselors, clinicians in training, yoga and movement practitioners, and support staff who bring diverse expertise in trauma, child & adolescent care, family therapy, and mindfulness interventions.
Who we serve
We welcome individuals, families, adolescents, and clinicians seeking therapy, skills groups, or supervision. Whether you’re navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, our offerings are built to help you find steadiness and meaning again.
Individuals
For adults over the age of 19... Therapy may be a new concept for you, and that's okay. New things and change can be scary for everyone.
Adolescents
We have trained professionals to support adolescents ages 13-19 years. Hormone changes can create moods, depression, and anxiety.
Children
We have wonderful services for children ages 4-12 in person. Things look a little different for kids depending on their age and developmental level.
