Iesha Lee is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and valued space where individuals can authentically express themselves. She is dedicated to ensuring that each person she works with feels seen, heard, and supported while navigating life’s challenges. With a compassionate and respectful approach, Iesha accompanies individuals on their journey of growth, healing, and self-discovery. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and attending local festivals.
Attainment
School Counselor/ School Counseling Director – Henrico County Public Schools (2019-present)
- Provide comprehensive school counseling services in academic, career, and social/emotional domains
- Serve as department chair, mentoring and supporting fellow school counselors
- Provide individual counseling for students experiencing symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, peer conflict, and other mental health concerns
2018
Graduated from the University of Virginia with a Master of Education in Counselor Education.
2016
Received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Old Dominion University.
