Personal Mission

With nine years as an early childhood educator, Mary deeply understands how children communicate and express themselves during their most formative years. She believes every child deserves to feel validated and supported in their growth, values she also applies in her counseling practice.
Mary is committed to creating a warm, accepting environment where children can freely explore their thoughts without judgment. She specializes in helping children develop essential emotional and social skills, and learn to regulate their emotions in healthy, age-appropriate ways. Her goal is to equip them with the tools they need to build confidence, resilience, thrive in life, and foster positive relationships.
Mary utilizes play therapy as a powerful approach to help children express what words cannot. Through this process, she validates and empowers their unique experiences and perspectives, ensuring that every child she works with feels not only seen, but most importantly, heard.
