Personal Mission

My mission is to empower individuals, particularly Black women and girls, to take control of their lives. I empower individuals, especially Black women and girls, to take control of their lives by fostering understanding, healing, and self-acceptance. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, person-centered, and feminist approaches, I create a safe space for clients to discover inner strength, navigate challenges, and build self-confidence, resilience, and the life they envision. As an Intern with Centering Elements, I am passionate about mental health and community well-being. My self-care includes travel, group fitness (like cycling), quality time with loved ones, music, and nostalgic moments. Wicked resonates for its themes of societal reflection and personal growth.
