Personal Mission

Her empathetic and collaborative approach creates a safe space for clients to feel heard, supported, and empowered. She addresses concerns like anxiety, ADHD, depression, behavioral challenges, and substance use with compassion and creativity, tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs. She helps clients of all ages thrive by fostering growth, insight, and self-acceptance in a warm, nonjudgmental environment.
Outside of counseling, she enjoys creative and restorative activities like crocheting, painting, singing, and staying active. These practices keep her grounded and reflect her holistic approach to well-being, supporting emotional, physical, and spiritual health.

2024 – Present
Graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Master’s in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling
Completed research on supporting healthy pregnancies using motivational interviewing and ultrasound-based interventions for pregnant women with substance use disorders.
Worked as a Graduate Counseling Intern at a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center
Currently work as a Resident in Counseling at Centering Elements

2022 – 2023
Graduated from Virginia Tech as a double major in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience and Psychology
Worked as an Activities and Wellness Coordinator at an assisted living facility
