I provide a supportive environment for you to freely be yourself as you take new steps forward for your personal growth. I am currently accepting virtual clients only. I enjoy working with couples, adults, young adults, and military families/individuals. In my free time, I am a mom and military spouse. I enjoy going on hikes, cooking, reading when time allows me to, singing, and watching movies. One day I hope to expand my skills to being a good plant mom and baking.
