Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program (VASAP): Centering Elements is an approved treatment provider for outpatient substance abuse treatment services for clients referred by the VASAP. Individuals seeking intervention who are not referred by VASAP are also welcomed. VASAP refers clients to us who are in need of additional assessments and services. There are additional fees for a VASAP clinical assessment and group therapy sessions. The number of group therapy sessions per week and duration of treatment are determined after the completion of an assessment. Centering Elements is currently providing groups for individuals who have received a DUI/DWI conviction in the state of Virginia and are mandated to attend VASAP or have been charged with a DUI/DWI in the state of Virginia and wish to enroll prior to conviction.
